In all of human history there has never been a better opportunity for us to share ideas and improve the health and livelihood of our family, friends and teammates.
If you’re reading this now, I would suspect that you too have a lot invested in yourself. Countless hours of physical training, watching youtube videos or following people on social media and seeing what their life is about.
You would be the type of person that is proactive about their health to safeguard it from injury that is at best frustrating & at worst career-ending. But lets not take it to that level.
